A medium-roast Colombian coffee grown by smallholder farmers in the mountains surrounding Medellín, The All-American Blend offers a balanced combination of dried orange, berry, and chocolate notes. Cultivated at elevations between 1,300 and 1,500 meters in rich volcanic-loam soil, the coffee brings together Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties.
The beans are fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers, protecting them from the region’s rainfall while preserving their clean, distinctive character.
This blend was inspired by the lone All-American among the founder’s teammates during his years at Slippery Rock University—a wrestler whose place on the national podium represented the dedication, discipline, and desire required to achieve something extraordinary.
Balanced, accomplished, and worthy of the name, The All-American Blend honors those who put in the work to stand among the very best.
