Cauliflower Ear Coffee

Our Name. Our Coffee. Your Grind.

Some names are earned. Others are given. In wrestling, cauliflower ears are a symbol of dedication, sacrifice, and countless hours spent putting in the work.

At Cauliflower Ear Coffee Company, that same mentality is at the heart of everything we do.

Our namesake coffee represents the commitment, perseverance, and passion that built our brand. It's coffee for those who understand that success doesn't come easy and that every great accomplishment begins with embracing the grind.

Cauliflower Ear Coffee is a premium medium-roast Peruvian coffee delivering a smooth, beautifully balanced cup with notes of salted caramel, silky sweetness, and a refreshing touch of citrus.

Grown by the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino in the Piura and Amazonas regions of Peru, this exceptional coffee features Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties cultivated at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soil.

The beans are fully washed and carefully sun-dried, creating a clean, naturally sweet finish that keeps you coming back for another round.

Whether you're preparing for an early morning practice, heading into a demanding workday, or enjoying a well-earned break, Cauliflower Ear Coffee delivers the quality and character worthy of carrying our name.
